When I first ordered, Klarna kept messing around my payment. I called up the phone line and I was told my pc wouldn't be sent out until I had paid, which panicked me, only to find out that wasn't true by the person I spoke to on a second call.

When that issue had finally resolved itself, I was told it would be sent out Friday, that was delayed to Monday.

Then I find out a non existent address was put on my label which failed delivery yesterday, and today, which increases the risk of damage to the pc, and MORE waiting. Really disappointed

As I was writing this they threatened to cancel my order to stop me from giving them a bad review! I've done this under an alias so they can't do that. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Recieved our new gameing pc in 2 parts one on Thursday and other on Saturday.
Unboxed and set up quite easy could have done with a little setup guide in box to help through each stage.
We are pleased with our order went out and bought a sound bar in sales .
Joined Steam and Cd Keys we are now playing Games searching the web etc .
These guys are 10 / 10 all day long keep up the good work well packed delivery spot on.

Dissolved their previous company (under the same name) with no notice even though my pc was still under their warranty. The delivery of the PC was also delayed for multiple weeks; at one point they almost sent me a PC with the wrong parts! A friend of mine also ordered their PC from here and it has consistent issues after only 10 months of regular use. A sloppy business with even worse standards.

Beautiful PC, works perfectly.

Was the whole transaction perfect? No.
In fact they did forget to send the mouse out with everything - mistakes happen.
The important part (and why I have still given five stars) is that within an hour of me sending out a request, I had a response that didn’t beat around the bush. They admitted there was a mistake on their end and had it sent out express next day delivery.

It was with me by 9am the following morning. Mistakes happen, but how you react to them is what’s important and for that, I give a glowing report.

Everything was as it was advertised and delivery was much sooner than was originally anticipated - a welcomed surprise, for sure! But still with giving me 24 hour notice to arrange if I hadn’t been in.

Overall a great experience.

5 years later update - PC still running very well
Top company. I bought a PC 2 years ago and it's very well made, excellent cooling, and has been faultless. Recently I bought more RAM from them, and it was spot on, arrived promptly, at a good price, and easily fitted. Thanks Gary and team!

I have bought five days ago a gaming pc with graphic card nvidia RTX2070 super and AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor with windows 10 home 64 bit .

The gaming Desktop performance is really amazing and can handle any game on very high graphic setting however I’m still having an issue with the wifi adapter driver because my pc unable to detect any wifi adapter even the driver that came with wifi adapter did not solve the issue so I had to buy an ethernet cable from ebay to use it for connecting my pc to the Internet modem I hope the PC Fierce support can help me find a solution for this problem but the generally the gaming PC is really good in all aspect.

Update:
The problem has been solved by replacing the wifi adapter that came with the pc by new one because it seem the previous wifi adapter was faulty. The customer service helped me in that matter and thanks to them and I would like to say I’m satisfied with their flexibility in dealing with my issue and purchasing my gaming pc from PC Fierce Store.

Just bought the Crusader GTX 1660 Super from them. Came the very next day as stated and before noon too.
The quality of the build seems really good/solid, nothing loose. I'm really, really happy with the product. Good honest prices as well, which is nice to see. Definitely my first choice in future.

Very good company to purchase a gaming PC from, this Is my first PC, I spoke to a chap called Jonathan, who helped me tailor my build for my needs..

The result was a beast of a machine that runs everything at 4k 120fps.. more then happy, I did shop around after his Quote, and I couldn't find anybody providing better value.. so thanks to FiercePc! I shall bare you in mind for future builds
