I challenge you to find a more hard working, enthusiastic and professional agent anywhere. You can’t. Ildi was incredible from day one in purchasing our home. So helpful, professional, knowledgeable but also warm, friendly and offered us so much support. More than I ever dreamed as a buyer - not even the seller she was representing. The chain was long and difficult but thank goodness for Ildi who basically single handedly made it all happen for us. She came back to us so quickly with our enquiries and was a dream to work with quite honestly. We wouldn’t use anyone else if we were to sell our home in future. You are very safe in these hands.

Ildi was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and she acted as the perfect go between. She was so on top of every detail and spent countless hours chasing the relevant people when things were not proceeding at solicitor level. Could not recommend the company, especially Ildi, enough.

Highly recommended! We have sold two properties through F&C Rutland in the last 6 years, most recently in spring 2024. On both occasions their service was impressive. F&C know the market, are well connected, and are energetically proactive. As a result, there are fewer viewings by time-wasters, more viewings by genuine potential buyers, and the reassuring knowledge that you'll achieve a sale at the the property's full value. Jan from Fine & Country did an excellent job for us in appraising our house for sale, they were punctual, dependable, well informed , with a well-balanced & reasoned opinion. It is also clear they have an excellent marketing approach to sales and getting results. They clearly positively differentiated themselves from other smaller local and large national market "doyens”. They also have their own central London showrooms and are a prestigious global band so a class act if I say so myself.
