Very disappointed, Please avoid our only recommendation!

Have approached them to work on google add campaign for my renovation business, promised a lot for the first month and also for the whole 4 month cycle as it is must with them.

0 results for all the time of three months and all the money wasted also messed up my website badly which was left for my customers to see and for me to deal with. It took a professional over 4 hours to put it right.

The representative admitted after three month that the fourth month would be the same so I asked to cancel the contract which they did and send me a bill for the fourth month which they did not do anything. So I did not pay and received a letter from small clams court as the Finsbury Media was demanding the payment for the work that was not done. Which we defended and they did not proceeded any further.

I was shocked with this type and level of service received, would not recommend

Terrible Company!
Initially this company will seem very engaging and helpful but this stops after the sales phase once the contract is signed. Finsbury Media take no accountability for their poor quality of work. I was ignored for almost 4 weeks despite paying an invoice worth £3000 for the relevant work. The excuse for this was that it was holiday season. The results for our marketing campaign were dreadful meaning we lost thousands of pounds. This was blamed on our price point yet it was evident that the products we were pushing were one of the lowest cost on the market. I have had to pay £1200 as a cancellation fee which I highlighted was not fair as I had been ignored for 4 weeks. There are several other 1 star reviews and it is clear this company does not care about their reputation. Im sure they will have an excuse for the terrible service provided.

When looking into marketing agencies, Finsbury seemed to understand what I was looking for provide the best value for money, not expecting huge budgets and long contracts. As a small new business, our budgets aren't large and we were hoping for a return on investment to allow us to slowly increase it. We engaged Finsbury to manage our Social, PPC and SEO initially, however they have also provided value in fixing issues on my website. My website went down over the weekend and Finsbury prioritised fixing it on Monday to get it back up and running which I was very grateful for.
The SEO work has been going well and the website ranking slowly improving so I'm happy with that. PPC has been a bit of trial and error, but mainly as we have kept very tight parameters and had product delays. Social ads have been the main spend and unfortunately we haven't had the best return in terms of direct sales, but we have generated leads and brand exposure. Given that nobody had heard of our company initially, I was aware it would take time for this to build up however.

All in all Finsbury have been good to work with, they are responsive and communicate well. I had hoped the money spent on ads would convert into more sales, but I think a lot of the work has been positive and put our company on the map. I'm also very happy with the service from the Web and SEO team in helping fix and optimise the website.

We used Finsbury for a Google ads campaign for around nine months. The campaign was started with no formal consultation with us on what our goals were and what services we would like to promote. After a few months we were provided with a new account manager as the first guy was not responding to our requests or suggestions. The new guy was better but the results for the ads campaign did not yield the results we were expecting and we subsequently cancelled the contract. This is where we were really let down as the contract only ends at the end of the following cycle, our cycles would typically last 6 weeks on our given budget, this last cycle was miraculously spent within only 12 days. So an entire 6 week budget for google ads was spent in only 12 days. Really feels like they were just trying to get the contract finished and move on.
