The women I worked with took instruction on what questions I wanted to ask and also supplied some suggestions on situational questions.
The company communicated well through the process, gave me a report on the discussions and also had a meeting to discuss each applicant.
It saved me a lot of time reducing the candidate quantity to those that would be suitable and as such, we went to offer.
