Very handy and central to the shops, especially if you have a lot to carry... This car park is also situated near the seafront.... A staffed 24 hour car park, with a separate rate, for night time charges and is very reasonably priced.

Mostly empty shops & really crap carpark - lift doesn't go to street level, so you have to use stairs or out of service escalators - really great for pushchair & wheelchair users!

As soon as we Parked at the top of town, there were some very dubious characters about, and a lot of them, we didn't feel safe leaving our motorhome.
As we decended into town past various shops, run down, or barely hanging on, the sea front has had a glorious past, and it looks like the council are trying to turn it round, but the whole place felt unsafe, and a lot of drunks and drug users about. We will avoid the entire area, avoid if you have a young family, or just avoid Torquay, what a shame to see yet another seaside town ruined, and I have lived in Blackpool for a long time, same there, and had the same feel, and I got out of that Drug pit also.

Hugely unimpressed with this and with Torquay in general. It was my first revisit in about 30 years but my - has it gone downhill, big style! It has all become so rundown and shabby and has lost its air of genteel appeal. The council need to do much more to make it interesting and attractive and, frankly, less of a really squalid seaside eyesore! I couldn't wait to get away and yep, I won't ever be going back. Not a nice place.

Nice little undercover shopping walk with a good mixture of shops including TK Max and sports Direct. Plenty of small independents included. A little underused in my eyes and a couple of empty shops reflect that.
