I visited the shop where the staff were friendly and helpful. When I returned home to Sheffield I wished I had bought something else. I phoned the shop to see what could be done. Craig was so helpful and aided me to buy what I wanted via Watsapp. He made the process so easy for me ( I am in my 50s so can at time struggle with something new). I am over the moon with the service I got and can not thank all the staff but especially Craig enough. I would definitely recommend the store.

Very upset with the Jon behaviour as we visited today with family to take watch he was very aggressive in nature need to be little polite towards customer…..
And not professional at all in the case of sales need some more knowledge about sale and customer service very disappointed. Hopefully wont see him again when i visit the store
Customers are there to buy the watches and accessories not to buy the attitude…🤙🏻

Very friendly staff .....lovely big store with a wide range of watches ... Great value when they do big discounts of up to 50 per can't off ... Staff are very helpful and will take off some links on your watch if need be and you get a beautiful presentation box of assorted colours that you can choose the right one for you ,,, made of tin so hand to box tin to keep your watch in or other nicknacks in if you prefer .. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤗👍

We came in looking for a new bag for work. All of the staff in the store we friendly and really helpful. They made us aware of an offer which helped save some money too.
The store was clean and well laid out.
Really pleasant shopping here and we'd definitely come back again.

Really good sale on at the moment. Some nice watches at half price, and good offers on purses and bags. Good if you are able to start your Christmas shopping. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff too.

went into store for Handbags. We were served by Leeanne. She is very friendly & welcoming. Her customer service is excellent. she advised us to join fossil club so that we will get 15% off coupon, with which my wife is pleased. overall my wife is very happy with the purchase.
