Rich history of Mary Queen of Scots, an incredibly friendly staff, delicious drinks (including the banana old fashioned), and a terrifically cozy aesthetic - we loved our visit to Four Marys (especially around Christmas time).

I've been here several times and look forward to returning. Four Marys is a lovely pub with character in a historic location. There's always a good selection of real ales, and usually one from the best brewery, Fyne Ales. The food is great and there are several vegetarian options. Service is friendly. Dogs allowed in part of the pub. Highly recommended.

An amazing pub. Fitted us in earlier than booked eventhough really busy. Very good service didn't get the waiters name but was so friendly and patient with our group. Accepted dogs within the bar area, which was great as had a dog with us. Food was really good portion sizes and value for money and worked around our various dietary requirements within the group.

Fish and chips was great but I made a wrong decision of ordering seafood risotto. It was basically frozen seafood with rice. I don’t blame them cos I was probably the only one ordering it in 50 years lol. They did their best as a pub. I think ordering pub classics would be the safest and best option at the Four Mary’s. Service was great, there was only one waiter at the whole restaurant section. Atmosphere was excellent with a nice fireplace.

Enjoyed wonderful food here in Easter school break. Staff were very friendly and food was delicious. We had Duck and pulled mushroom chilli con carne. Best meal in a long time. Highly recommend!

Four Mary's is a quaint little pub in the main street of Linlithgow. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a fireplace in the eating area. The food is sensational and could only be topped by the friendly staff. They were getting busy when we were there and yet the staff still had time for a chat.
