Terrible service ?or rather NO service !!!!
Cristina came across as so positive and helpful after I explained that the website creator I already paid have not given me much guidance to give them content.She convinced me to pay for a whole new website and go with her company and promised me I’d have the initial website created by Monday !!! Then after been messed about with and lied to she now tells me to leave her alone she s with her family and will answer me tomorrow !! Fabulous just lovely behaviour!!
Her builder Chris! Has been totally not helpful and now said he will have the initial website for me view on Wednesday!!! Just scanners is all they are telling me it would be ready Monday Now it’s Wednesday maybe Wednesday they will say Friday Who knows what they will say It certainly won’t be the truth I have lost all confidence because let’s face it when someone is saying one thing and doing another it is generally not isolated behaviour
I’ve told her to cancel and refund me only to be ignored completely
Disgraceful way to behave and not at all professional
I cannot trust anything they say now
I definitely would not recommend putting your trust in these people
I will now have to waste even more of my precious time contacting trading standards to see if I can get help to extract my deposit money from them
This is so incredibly upsetting for me as I am trying to start up my funeral business for people and pets
I don’t know how she can sleep at night
