Purchased the QED Genesis Silver Spiral from FutureShop, to run between Naim Uniti Star and Focal Kanta 1. Did a lot of research and calculation to convince myself that they are compatible with Naim amplification, and indeed they are! Specs wise, the Silver Spirals are very close to Naim’s Superlumina, but at a fraction of the price!

Even before burn-in, it is VERY obvious that the bass is (much) tighter, stereo imaging and soundstage better than the NACA5s that I ran for 3 years! Coming from the camp that cables do not make significant difference in the forever controversy, the Genesis Silver Spiral is truly impressive!!

I also want to compliment the team at FutureShop for their impeccable service. I made a boo boo by ordering 1 pcs instead of a pair, and made a re-order for another piece only hours later. Steve Durham (Sales at FutureShop) intercepted my 1st order, combined the shipment and refunded the 2nd shipment charge, all within 24hrs. I received both cables in 48hrs through DHL Express.

If you’re still sitting on the fence, rest assured that speaker cables do make a difference, and there is no better place than FutureShop to get them!!

Future Shop have provided all my cables for many years, always providing excellent service. Recently they have exceeded all expectations to helping to resolve a problem with a Sky Q to TV connection. I was SO happy with my experience at Future Shop Ltd. I inherited some vintage speakers, plus a couple of amps, turntables and a cassette deck. I needed some good advice and to order some new speaker wire. I was lucky enough to ring up and speak to Steve Durham in Customer and Technical Service. He took so much time and trouble on the phone to find out exactly what components I have, was really knowledgeable about the power and output of the various items and which ones would work best with each other. He advised me to try out a few different set ups to ascertain the source of the crackle I was experiencing with one of the amps, and he was correct in predicting it was due to a loose connection. Steve invited me to email and telephone again if I needed further advice, both of which I did, and again received speedy and helpful replies from him. He recommended what he called "a modestly priced speaker wire to liven up my vintage system". I ordered this online from Future Shop and I am really pleased with it, it does exactly what he said it would. I can't recommend Steve and Future Shop enough. Steve was professional, paid great attention to detail, gave excellent advice and helped me to buy a really good product. Our cats love the sound too!!

Very positive recent transaction. The team at Futureshop could not have been more helpful and professional. They were kind enough to obtain the latest version of the unit for me and make it available at no extra cost and then took the trouble to work with the distributor to get the unit to me over the Xmas / New Year week when things are usually chaotic. So all their efforts and continual good communication made the buying and after sales experience one of the best I have had - true customer service and very friendly where nothing is too much trouble. Hezron at Future shop was amazingly helpful. He was very patient and thorough in checking the size of top plate I needed for my speaker stands. When I couldn't find the item I needed online, he even processed the order for me. Great price and great customer service!
