I went there earlier on today needing help ,complely unrelated to trailers but I deliver cars and they helped me out within 10 minutes of being on site and the guys I spoke to was very polite and helpful, thanks guys

Shambolic company to deal with. Can’t even post on their Facebook page to warn others. Bought a trailer from them after seeing many photos of tail lift working etc and was told it would be delivered the following week for a new contract. A month later I had to meet them half way at my additional cost to receive a totally different trailer with no working tail lift and numerous faults. Tried to get it resolved but no joy so now thousands out of pocket and lost revenue. Also ignore most communication to try and resolve amicably. Passed to trading standards
