I have been using virtual assistants provided by GGO for 5 years, and have had excellent service throughout. The VAs have been highly skilled, and on the few occasions where the relationship wasn't working out (because of mismatched schedules), GGO found me a replacement. My latest VA turns out to be an amazing social media person manager too! They have a very straightforward system for tracking hours and payment, and their rates are very reasonable. Highly recommended for small business owners like me who can't afford an employee but need some admin and other help.
