Fell and damaged old tv. Bought a new set from local shop and given Grosvenor Comms Ltd number to install . Surprised they would take a week to do it but accepted. 40 minutes late in arriving. New set too wide for stand so set from other room which was fully functional was moved. New set set up and asked for 3 apps to be installed, all paid for. Very slow and paid for old set to be taken away. Reluctant to take packaging away. Took 1hour 40 minutes and charged £186 including VAT. John Lewis charge £40!!!. Avoid unless you're a lottery winner
