I was invited, by Alice, to test drive one of the new Mini Cooper S convertibles. From the moment I entered the showroom Harry looked after me. He was attentive and informative. He showed me a variety of models pointing out new features and encouraged me to continue looking around whilst he prepared the car I was to test drive.
When the Cooper S was ready Harry talked me through the controls which differ considerably from my present Mini. He then allowed me to take the car out on my own and, “have fun.” Oh boy I did! What a fabulous drive. The acceleration is amazing. The steering lighter than I’m used to. The in-car display really clear and easy to read and I particularly liked the Speedo display unit above the steering wheel.
Thus very fast little car drive like a dream…..I loved it….& I thought that Harry and Alice were absolutely charming. Thank you for looking after me so well.

We have always experienced excellent service at Group 1 Mini Borehamwood. Dennis, in sales, has extensive knowledge of the product and has allowed us plenty of time to test drive different models without any pressure. On both occasions, we have made a purchase, the communication from ordering to delivery has been impressive. In addition, the after-sales has been better than I have had from any other main dealer.

Incredibly friendly, helpful and professional service from start to finish. A big shout out to Harry who led me through the process and got my part exchange sorted quickly (having seen me the day I contacted him) and Bansri for helping me sort all the paperwork. I felt very well looked after and all my questions were answered really quickly too. Very happy with my new purchase. I’m sure I’ll be using Mini Borehamwood again in future. Thanks all.

The whole process of new car purchase from start to finish has been very professional and very well executed. Delivery was made much sooner than originally scheduled at the ordering stage. Post delivery support by Group 1 for my queries on finer setup details on the car has been just as attentive as it was pre-delivery. We are also very pleased with the vehicles themselves and we seem to have got a lot of car for a reasonable price. Our own research has shown that price for price, Mini appears to offer much more than at least one other leading car maker brand.
