I would like to award Mini Farnborough with 5 stars. This is down to the impeccable service received byJack Cumming. I have been with Mini for the past few years, as has my family, and the service received from Jack was brilliant. His communication throughout was far superior to any other Mini or BMW branch and was always there and happy to help with any questions or queries I had. He was never pushy and allowed me to think about my purchase before committing to a final sale. His responses to all my queries were always extremely prompt and were fair and balanced. When I picked up my car, Jack was on hand to go through every bit of detail on the car, something that was omitted before. This included the details and contents of my Guard X Kit in the boot! Fantastic service! Jack you were brilliant and can’t thank you enough! It’s a shame that I did not receive the survey from Mini as this would have been top scores across the board! I look forward to using Mini again in the years to come! Loyal customer here thanks to your service!

Can’t recommend enough, Jack the salesman was thorough and friendly, really knowledgable about the car I was buying and went through all finance options in detail, answering my silly questions with a lot of patience!
Handover was smooth and really informative, the car is great and I’m converted to Mini now, I’ll definitely be going back for another in a couple of years. Thanks so much to all the team!

A big recommend for this dealership and for Jack in particular. He made purchasing the car a seamless and enjoyable process, with a touch of flair in the handover; honestly couldn’t have asked for more! There was one slight delay in the delivery timescale, however Jack approached this really well with both the issue and a solution which was 10/10! He took care of our needs impeccably and is definitely a credit to this dealership; we’d come here again for sure 😊👍

Poor customer service, in fact there wasn’t any customer service despite numerous employees around chatting amongst themselves. We had seen the model that we were interested in and were ready to buy, unfortunately nobody seemed bothered to ask us if we required assistance. We were in the showroom for 45 minutes and in the end walked out, it’s a shame as we like to buy local but this business can’t be bothered.

Bought my car here. Walked in not knowing if I would ever find a car for the budget I had in mind but luckily Jack was able to help me find one. After some trouble with some parts not being delivered for the car I was originally going to buy Jack helped me find my absolute dream starter MINI. Will for sure come back in the future when it's time to upgrade!

Visited the Farnborough Mini showroom today. Unfortunately the two male members of sales staff were more interested in their own conversation than asking if we required any assistance.
We were interested in one particular model in the showroom of which we sat in.
However after looking outside at other models, then returning to sit in the original we still didn’t receive any acknowledgement from the salesman. Poor show Farnborough Mini

The team here have been incredible and while my ordering process was not faultless (very slighy delay) I was well taken care off and was not left without a car. Was offered a courtesy vehicle for a couple of days while my car was sorted out. Jack and Borgan have been fantastic to deal with, despite my endless queries. Will be back if I intend to stay with MINI at the end of my lease!

Because of the refurbishment going on at BMW, they have been temporarily moved to Mini, so there are only a couple of BMW models at the moment.
Attentive salesman.
