We've been buying from Woolacotts for 25 years now using 3 of their stores. They are competitive in their pricing and the staff are friendly, patient and very knowledgeable about their products. The only negative is their delivery service. They don't tell you the 3 hour delivery slot until the day of delivery.
The courier rings between 9 and 10 am. If you live alone and work full time this means you can't plan your precious day off. If you work at home then it works really well for you! Such a shame they can't organise it the day before so you get more notice.

I've been a customer 4 almost 6 years now and the service is always excellent and they cannot do enough for you even fitting the products in your home after you bought them I cannot recommend this place highly enough if you just want to pick up a TV or new Blu-ray player the advice and support is absolutely brilliant!
