Another full five star review for this fabulous store.
Gus the manager is obviously top man when it comes to recruitment and training. Staff friendly and professional in all departments today I was very well looked after by Amy, who initially dealt with my telephone inquiry and when I visited the store greeted me with a smile. Her pleasant easy manner make it a pleasure to be shopping. Absolutely love her pink hair. She certainly makes sure the customers remember her..

Beautifully presented store with friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and available but not overbearing. That is a very fine balance to maintain and they do it very well.

We were looking for a replacement dishwasher and our decision was helped by the very helpful Amy who is a credit to the organisation.
It was less than five days from walking into the store to the completed installation and demonstration of it working in the kitchen.

The delivery team Mike and Alfie were the epitome of professionalism turning up on time having already alerted me to the fact that they were on their way.
They made a fine job of the installation, conducted a test and then gave me a demonstration before leaving the place clean and tidy.
They are excellent ambassadors for the company and their management team should be commended for the training.
We will definitely be back for our next major purchase whenever that might be.

Friendly staff on phone and in store, not easy to park but once in store quite a choice of products, main warehouse nearby, little hard to find at first, but was handy as would have been awkward to load product where van had been parked outside on the day,

Needed to update my old TV, JJ Jonathan was so attentive , ,took time ,& listened,to my needs, & my lack of tech knowledge, explained ,reassured, not just a flood of info , a luvly conversation re the procedure of guarantee ,delivery etc

My Hotpoint washing machine eventually gave up the ghost on Friday afternoon. I found a replacement online and went to Woolacotts on Saturday morning with the details. Gemma found they had three in stock. There was a delivery slot for that same afternoon. So in less that 24 hours my washing machine broke and a new one was fitted, the old one taken away. Woolacotts is our go-to store for white goods. Efficient, friendly staff and prices competitive with online stores.
