I hired Health Hosts to build a website for me and then I paid an additional cost to have booking software installed so that clients could book and pay for an appointment all in the same place. Ever since the calendar system has been added, I have had non-stop issues with bookings.......clients are not receiving emails with their appointment information and zoom link is the biggest problem. I have explained this to Health Hosts several times and they informed me the problem had been rectified. However, when I had a few friends try to book an appointment, they did not receive a confirmation email or a zoom link. I paid an additional set-up fee for this service of over $100 (US) and I pay $15 (plus VAT fees since the company resides in the UK) a month for a service that is not working correctly. Trying to find a compromise, I asked the owner for either a refund of my set-up fee OR the monthly fees I have put out, thinking that is MORE than fair. He refused to do either one, so now I not only have to find a new scheduling system to implement, but I am also out of quite a bit of money. In my opinion, an ethical business would have been apologetic and also would have done the right thing and issued a refund (neither of these two things occurred in this situation). I do not take writing a negative review lightly, but in this case I feel it is warranted.

I’ve lost over £330 with this company. I haven’t seen any website they charged me for. I’ve asked for a partial refund at least and what I’ve been offered is £50.

Not to mention that they ring to ask me to take the review down which I’m not going to do as I don’t want other people to be treated like this.
