Trading as Cadburys Gifts Direct, this company took payment, gave a parcel to their courier DPD and told me that my gift had been despatched - but then they were apparently given the parcel back but didn't bother to tell me anything. So 18 days after Hemingways'/Cadbury's email telling me the parcel was despatched, I've discovered that my nephews and nieces didn't receive my Easter gift at all. You can't speak to Cadburys Gifts Direct, not even their invoice has a phone number, so I've had to do a live chat to get a grudging promise of a refund. It's not the courier's fault - they chose DPD, it's their fault. Would you want these people representing your brand? I wouldn't.

Avoid this company.

Ordered a personalised chocolate bar but received somebody else’s order. When I contacted them, they provided a refund but claimed it was impossible for them to resend the personalised cover as it was too close to Christmas, despite there still being at least a few days. I believe they should have made an exception and printed another as it was their mistake, and this was meant to be a special gift.

Needless to say, somebody else has also missed out on their personalised gift too.

I don’t see why this would be so difficult. It’s a busy period right now, but they quite literally had one job of personalisation and couldn’t get it right. Disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER from this company.
Paid for an item for it to not be delivered at all. Contacted them through email and was fobbed off everytime by multiple different people.
They refused and ignored my refund request.
Absolutely shocking company!!

Do not use this company. I ordered several gift cards for family in Ireland and they never sent them. I was told by their customer service I’d get a refund but that’s not happening either (it’s been a week of them not replying to emails now). Really regret my purchase and am hoping PayPal will be able to force them to provide a refund.
