My first time using the store since they made some significant changes. Electrical payments only and customers need an email for their receipt, this may not please everyone. Situated in Sainsbury's so plenty of parking, shopping trollies and toilet facilities available.

A good location out of the town centre and useful for picking up odd items when doing jobs around the home or collecting Chrissy shopping when doing the food shop. Service is usually quick and friendly

Just went in to buy a printer. I wanted to use my Nectar points but was unsure how to do it. Lovely female assistant did it all for me while her male colleague collected the printer. No waiting, no fuss.

Not very helpful when trying to get a refund on a fitbit watch refused a refund due to the box being opened. They said it was in the returns policy that they can’t take back any item that’s not in a sealed box I asked them where the return policy was at the point of purchase and it was placed on the side wall out of view of customers when it should of been placed by the check out. Will not be shopping at Argos again

Placed order to pick up next day. Didnt arrive but said it had arrived for collection! Asked to call later as 2nd delivery is in the PM crazily there is no actual number that will put you through to anyone at all. All robots that chat about 2m and hang up. Absolutely rubbish online customer service. So I had to go back to the store next day already a day late and no one knows about the order. But my money have been taken!!! The lady in the shop was helpful.

I shall miss it here. The staff were so nice and friendly but I ain't shopping here now that Argos have gotten rid of their catalogues - such silly, blinkered people at the company! I happen to really like catalogues. But a personal thank-you to the warm staff at this store for their friendliness and cooperation.

I know we live in strange times, however I have to say that the member of staff that served me was extremely rude. No hello , good evening just WHATS your ft number. Good manners cost nothing. If I had not already paid for my item I would of walked away. I will not be using Argos again.

Went to buy headphones. Was given an opened secondhand pair. They exchanged it for a new unopened box. But the manager stood there looking at me angrily like I was a problem. Mate, I'm not the rip off artist mugging people off with secondhand returns for full price am I?
