Awful surgery - I understand how busy doctors are but it is very poor when you have a telephone appointment booked and they never call..
I don’t know if I’ve just been unlucky with some of the doctors here but I’ve also had bad face to face experiences with doctors at this surgery for their rudeness and medical gaslighting.
Unprofessional surgery so avoid if you can

The state of the outside of the building is awful and deteriorating never looked like that before and the receptionist you only ever have 3 on which is hideous as you can never get thru and the appointment system is a disgrace. This surgery was be of the best all very sad

Have been a patient at Herstmonceux integrative health centre for over 5 years and they have always been fantastic for me and my family. Never have to wait for an appointment long.
Staff are all so helpful.
They only suggestion I would say would be it would be great if there was some children books/ drawings in the waiting room to entertain the children whilst their waiting.

First class surgery. Kind staff, highly recommended. I counted 75 notices on your walls, it appears this is common practice in all surgeries. It is far too many to read and any important ones are missed.

Absolutely awful, appointment 5pm- told doctor running slightly late @5.10-
At gone 6pm still sitting waiting!
Like no one has anything else to do- windows now shut too, fantastic.

Every time I visit this doctors they are always so kind and caring and take their time to understand your concerns holistically and not just trying to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Would recommend a 100 times over.

Modern new building Dr Simmons is an amazing doctor. The staff are perfect smiling welcoming polite helpful friendly service. No meds delays. It's a breath of fresh air. To Seaforth & Bridgeside I contacted believe it. Also offer extra activities for all the families & ages. Healthy alternatives as well
