We went to the hifi lounge looking for advice on our first HiFi system, and we already came with some ideas in mind.

Paul provided us with excellent advice, and we changed our mind on the speakers, which was one of the best things we could've done.

Customer service is also incredible: the cables we bought were too short for our setup and Paul kindly exchanged them for us. Also, all items arrived super quickly.

Finally, going to the HiFi lounge is an experience in itself: the surroundings are amazing, and the space they have is really worth the visit.

Everyone is super friendly and nice, and we won't consider any other shop for our HiFi needs.

Coming back into Hi-Fi after a long hiatus. Remembered a visit 11yrs ago when they first opened. Thought it was the ideal place to get back into the hobby. Made an appointment to see Billy. Super friendly welcome and full guided tour. They have expanded in sheer size and so so much to be impressed by. Was left alone to take my time to try an assortment of headphones for a future planned 50th birthday treat to myself. Was offered a beverage while i listened. Came away with the Focal Bathy's as my Bluetooth choice for mobility.
Can't wait to take my son along next time and purchase more equipment ?

Easily the friendliest, best Hifi Shop I have ever been to.

Every member of the team is super helpful, with ZERO ego or opinion relating to large or small budgets.

It's unlike ANY shop in the country with a jaw-dropping selection of hifi at every price point and something you never expect.... a selection of professional sim racing motorsport experiences. My whole process was unhurried, with plenty of tea! The owner was even surprised I had to leave after a 6 hour listening session - He said "stay and race some cars for the rest of the day!"

Great advice and friendly chats galore. The whole team are genuinely interested in your hifi goals and what music you love.

Set in a lovely location, in a lovely building with multiple listening spaces.

Just bring lunch! You'll be here for a while!

Can't wait for my next visit. Hifi Lounge is the only place to be for a great hifi experience unlike any other.

Outstanding hifi boutique. It's more than a store they will Taylor fit what you want but they will not pressure or influence you. They will advise and answer questions and will leave you alone to audition to your hearts content. They have an amazing range of hifi most is in the budget of serious hifi enthusiasts or seriously wealthy people but there is a fair range for mortals. Whatever your budget you are treated the same. But it is 'propper' hifi. Consider this. But it's way beyond the sellers of yester- year rooms are 'treated' and it's an enthusiasts domain. It's is the most complete hifi seller I've known in my 50 years of the hobby. I wish it were closer than 160 miles but my wife is glad it is not! Deserves success. The owner is enthusiastic and those who work there equally so. Well done hifi lounge.

Did the whole transaction on phone with Billy, (I knew what I wanted) very helpful and great service, speakers delivered last Friday with a very comprehensive set up from Billy and Adrian. Would 100% recommend. Can be trusted and a great range of hi end equipment.

Brilliant, friendly and professional service....

I first came with a friend who wanted to upgrade his system for the first time in many years.

I came with just the intention of helping him choose - BUT this gave me the bug and after great advice from Paul and a number of visits for demos I ended up buying a new amp and turntable.

Paul and his team came and to me to pack away my old stuff, take it away in p/x and setup the new.
