Before engaging Higginson Strategy I had no real concept of what PR was and was honestly a little dubious about its value for money and whether it would work for my kind of business.

It’s fair to say I was completely wrong.

The team are all so great and it’s rare you can actually say that. All very attentive and take the time to understand your business.

In terms of value for money within the first month I had quadrupled my investment and gained a number of clients who were made aware of my business through the PR they released!

To summarise I’d pick this PR firm every time absolutely great work.

Higginson say they are a boutique PR agency, oh boy they are so much more. I feel that the whole of my business activity is on their radar, I have a dedicated team that look after us. Our relationship with Higginson is one of trust, openess and personable. These relationships take effort from all parties and are not fostered overnight. Higginson are all in when it comes to this, and for it to work so must you be. John and Clodagh have made it their mission to personally know all their clients and share in the success and growth of their company. I can't recommend them highly enough.
