So it’s still pretty early to see if Hike SEO is helping with my site traffic. But the whole team Andy included will work with you. They clearly care about making things right, and they aren’t like the other SEO companies at charge $500 minimum for some very general advice. I currently have the managed service and even though a few challenges came up early the Hike team came together to resolve them. Of course there’s going to be some limitations to the platform, but if you’re a small business and don’t really understand SEO this is a great service for you. Just make sure you’re asking questions and leverage the experts at Hike.

So in short, if you’re a small business owner and you don’t know how to leverage SEO. Hike SEO is the way to go.

We are only 1 month in, so it's a little early to give detailed feedback, but the team at Hike seem very keen for us to leave a review, so here goes. Despite being on the Software+Managed plan, we feel like we have not received a great deal of guidance. The initial call was limited to 15 minutes. I requested another call, and again, this was limited to 15 minutes, not giving us enough time to get through my feedback. In fairness, Hike has taken my feedback on board and is working to improve the level of communication and support that they provide us. They have covered the feedback that we didn't get through on our call by supplying a video, and I believe that they are now working on a plan that is more aligned with our business needs. Given a bit more time, this may have improved to a 4 or 5 star review, but at the moment, it is just too early to really know.
