Not all the people that work here are rude but there is one guy that is just so rude! I never do a review on these things but I've been in quite a few times now & really am getting sick of the rudeness! I always say hello & don't get any response back. Hate asking for help as it always seems like I'm asking for gold! Always seem to do something wrong when bringing in my parcels for delivery! I get people have bad days, but honestly, show a bit of compassion & empthay or don't do a job in customer service!!!
