My relationship with Home Media began over 15 years ago when I called the shop to enquire about some PMC speakers. From the first conversation I had, between the level of engagement and friendly professionalism, I knew this was a company I wanted to do business with.

Since then I have worked with Simon and the team to slowly but surely build a wonderful system. Any advice I've been given along the way feels like it is based on what is best for the long term - never have I felt like a sale has been to make a quick quid or two. I've even been talked out of purchases along the way as the feeling was I wouldn't be happy with them longer term.

I cannot recommend Simon, John & Chris enough, Home Media is one of those places I discovered by chance and I'm so happy that was the case as I have a great Hi-fi dealer who I also now count as a good friend.

John and Simon have a wealth of Knowledge and nothing is too much trouble for them and I am delighted with both of my installations. I am a long-standing customer with HomeMedia and Simon and John knowledge and customer service is the highest I have experienced in a company. Simon leant me an amp when my previous amp was damaged during an electrical storm and also had a home demo on some speakers and a streamer and nothing was too much trouble for them with John doing the install on it all.
