Bought a sofa a chair alongside around 8ks worth of other furniture. After a couple of months the sofa structure failed, on inspection it had been bodged together internally to get it sold, screws missing from the feet and had been badly stapled closed. Shop staff made excuses and then left me on read for a week until I contacted them again, the received yet more excuses. I've had some seemingly good furniture from them, but this calls into question the quality of what I've actually bought, and the total lack of customer service now experienced has shown the true colours of this business. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

I’ve been twice. Recently I went for their huge 17 day sale and bought a couch. They have every style and every color. They also have delivery options.

Extremely poor service. Upon ordering I told Chris three dates over the next month that I could not do, he assured me that this would be worked around and took payment. Waited nearly a week for delivery date - none given. Called to chase delivery date and told that it is going to be on one of the dates I could not do this month regardless and Chris asked could the six seater dining table and chairs be left somewhere i.e a shed, I obviously said no! Then he couldn’t book in a date for the following weeks... Awaiting a refund (7 working days apparently) and will be shopping elsewhere, I would not recommend, I feel I have been misled at point of sale and feel that staff say anything to get a sale but give a poor service once the have your money. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Fantastic staff helpful and willing to let you look around at your speed and you can have a joke with a great range of furniture as far as I am concerned only one place to go for any furniture now all I'll tell you is go and see for yourself the wife and myself dealt with Chris and he was brilliant

AWFULLLLL... DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
Paid for a chair instore and paid for this to be home delivered. We later called to chase up for this but they had sold it to someone else whilst refusing to refund us. They said we have to wait for a restock or give us store credit. We later saw them advertising the same chair on facebook... when we still had not recieved the chair or a refund!!!!
