Really good agency with so many genuinely lovely people. In particular, I’ve worked with Levi, who is such a pleasure to work with. We have regular video calls and text regularly, especially when we’re working on a campaign. He always simplifies the key things that I need to know into bullet points so I don’t have to read pages of a contract and sends me text reminders with the correct link that I need to add to my collaboration posts, which is so nice just to have that extra pair of eyes making sure that everything is correct before a post goes live. I also worked with Ritchie on a webinar, so it was nice to meet more people on the team. We had a couple of calls prior to make sure that we were all happy with what to say on the webinar. She arranged this so well and made the whole process really straightforward and easy. We filmed in 1 take and was so much fun and lovely to be involved

Caution: I can only advise every creator who values their peace of mind not to work with House of Marketers. We have now been waiting 5 weeks for the approval of a 60-second video. The project management is, unfortunately, a disaster. In my 16 years in the industry, I have never encountered such an inefficient approach.

I was hesitant beginning my journey with a manager, as I was unsure how 'easy' it would be and if I would enjoy it. But Levi has been so excellent, in the few months I've been with them I've had two great jobs, and the process has been so simple. Most importantly I've been able to be creative with my videos. Correspondence with Levi is so quick and he seems like such a genuinely nice person too. Fully recommend.

He communicates daily and updates me on every key piece of information I need to know, as well as checking in on me!
