Very very disappointed with the house sign they made for me. The white lettering is very poor quality and when I complained they said they don't do returns. It is definitely not as described. I think I should have been able to return the sign. Money down the drain cos I definitely won't be using it on my house.

I was wary as there wasn't very many reviews, but don't let that put you off. We recieved the house sign quickly and within the four day delivery as stated. The sign is really good quality slate, the engraving is neat also. Fixings and instructions on how to fix it were also included. We are really pleased and can't wait to put it up. I would highly recommend House Signs Direct.

Don't think I've ever dealt with a company I've been more impressed with - and I'm no spring chicken! I've had a house nameplate and a memorial plaque. Terrible customer service experience
Tried to email after receiving a house sign from them that had been personalised incorrectly. I had no preview before ordering. They refused any refund, refused to redo sign. Totally obnoxious attitude. Very unhelpful
Went elsewhere. Sign went in bin!

Dont order from here.

Their website states-

This is the standard option for all orders. Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow 2-4 working days for production and delivery. Once your item has left us, we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on the way.

I placed an order on the 27th of Nov. Its now 11th December and i still dont have my order.

I rang to ask where my order was and was informed that they're 'inundated' with orders. I then asked why hasnt the above been updated and was informed that it would be at some in future. Absolutely ridiculous.

The female on the phone made it seem like my fault the order has taken so long to be dispatched! She was rude and an absolute time waster.

Give your money to a better company.

Very frustrating and misleading.
