Initial customer service BEFORE purchase - excellent, fast replies.
HOWEVER;
Customer service AFTER issues with the door sign upon delivery - very poor.

Been trying to contact these guys, who were very responsive when I first enquired about a door sign.
When my door sign arrived, I wasn’t happy with it and emailed on multiple occasions to try and resolve the issue as the door sign had arrived with the positioning of the address different to how it looked on the website. (Sent photos of my door sign and the door sign on the website too)

I am now being ignored, my emails aren’t getting a reply. I would have been happy with a replacement of the acrylic with the required details placed centrally as the website picture showed but unfortunately once house signs take your money they don’t want to be friendly and helpful!
I’m having to leave a bad review to warn other and will have to now spend extra to get it corrected elsewhere.

I've been struggling with a design for my sign. with been a veteran, i wanted one, which means a lot. i found the perfect picture and sent it to housesigns who sent me a preview of what it would look like. words can't explain how incredible it looks. 100% happy thank you. i would recommend all day long

I have just received my order and must say l am over the moon with it, it is even nicer than l imagined to could be. It is stunning, absolutely beautiful, l cannot express my thanks enough. Looking for a sign for our gate we found Housesigns.direct online.
It was very easy to order exactly what we wanted at a very reasonable price. The sign arrived promptly and very well packaged and we are delighted with it. Well made and in keeping . My husband went straight out and fitted it following the instructions and fittings supplied with the sign. We would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a door sign from this company in January 24. Now late march 24 no door sign. They do not answer your calls and emails. Fake company do not buy from them.
