The Iconography team have been so helpful, they have supported us with ideas, training and tips on how to use and improve our site. Working with Iconography on our recent website relaunch was a pleasure. They are easy to work with with good customer service. The website looks great and their Zone 1 CMS is easy to use. Because Zone 1 is designed and owned by Iconography, they know it inside out and are easily able to make tweaks to make our site look and behave the way we want it to. For example when some navigation elements didn’t look right on mobile, they were quick to fix it. This is a huge improvement on the off-the-shelf solution we had before. It’s rare that they are not able to make a change – they always give a good reason when this happens. Although we sometimes have challenges managing our products through the Swan retail management system connected to Zone 1, these are rarely on the Zone 1 end, and Iconography are quick to help us resolve these problems where they can. I would definitely recommend Iconography to anyone looking to build an e-commerce site.
