The store layout is well-organized, allowing for a smooth flow through different sections. The showroom displays give plenty of ideas for home decor, and the self-service areas are easy to navigate. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is efficient. The in-store restaurant is a nice touch, offering affordable meals. However, the store can get busy, especially on weekends, so visiting early may help avoid crowds. Overall, it's a convenient spot for home shopping with a reliable selection

Generally I would say the store is fine. But what lets it down is the Quick hotdog and chips stand by the cashiers desk. The staff that work it are GOLD but management need to have more staff here keeping it clean and making sure the condiments are fully stocked all the time often they run out. The fizzy, cold drink refill machines have been broken for months. Today there were no buns for sausages although management stated they should stay open. My autistic son was very vexed about this. Also they have removed all the normal seating, there’s a lady here with three little ones under three all on tall chairs - which isn’t ideal. And usually half the section is closed in the evening in the last hour and again - if you like space like my ASD son, this doesn’t suit your needs.

Please also provide someone to keep this area clean at all times.

Very busy on a Saturday. Avoid if possible as long queues to the car park.
I feel this branch is tired looking. Nothing new to look at. I was bored of seeing the same things.
Their home displays use to be exciting but they have not been change for years. Not a great experience especially having to once again queue at the check out. ?

It is sad to see the lack of interest to keep the hot dog table area tidy and clean. Filthy with all tables sticky

What’s not to love about this place? Everything you buy from here you know is made from top quality materials and the instructions are literally idiot proof. You’d have to be a complete moron to struggle with any assembly from here. Been a while since we used the restaurant but when we have it’s been very good and good value for money too.

Always love going to IKEA, but this time it was “challenging”. No staff in most departments to assist with queries on missing items.

I understand school holidays, but was overran with children testing every sofa and a lot of peoples patience. One lady actually asked a parent to control her daughter. I understand it’s not Ikea’s fault on bad parenting, but if there were more staff visible on such a busy day on the weekend, then I’m sure their presence would of made the parent behave differently.

Food hall was full and long queues so skipped lunch there and when later to Burger King.

Purchased light fitting and were / are very happy with them.

Thank you to the staff member that was at the bargain bin section that helped us and got them from a complete different section to where they were to be. He was a star!

Young lady at the cash point was extremely friendly and professional.

What was going on today in the cafe. NO trays, No cups for coffee, NO knives, slow food service and the till operator on our side of the cafe disappeared leaving just one till open and 3 out of 4 coffee machines not working or on cleaning process. DISAPPOINTING
Also only cold water in the gents toilet.
