I rang Ian from IMdesign up just before Christmas period requesting putting a logo together for my business start up, Ian had given me a base quote at this point. Ian jumped on this quite promptly, firstly putting ideas from his side together while me with my own on seperate sharings, first out, where we later worked together in a collaborative aspect (me suggesting ideas and also making use of some of Ians). We (mainly Ian on his part) managed to complete the finishing product in a turn around of roughly a couple of weeks (please bare in mind that my business is a multi skill spectrum and therefore offering a multi service outlet so really needed to judicate the business scope within logo). Ian usually goes by the principles of "KISS" - Keep.It.Simple.Stupid just as many other graphic, marketing and advertisers prefer to use this strategies for logos and things. The finishing product was on point, detailed and justifies my offered services at point base. Ian had put a fair few days into initial ideas and after this point I did pay him the quoted price in full where after this Ian had become really infused in my previous requests and added to the design also taking care in his own stead of things like scales, colours, compositions and did not ask for anymore monies than the initial quote at the start during first time of contact. Once the file was complete and set up for using across domains, Ian did state to me that "actually I enjoyed working on that project" I responded with "I bet you will promote less of KISS going forward now then, eh ?♀️?" Good going Ian and thanks again for your patience with such requests of a unique, foretelling and meaningful design (logo) and with me as well. You've done great - thanks for your service. - Natalie (Stockport)
