Absolutely terrible subscription experience.

Magazines didn't turn up when they were due to, when I moved house I informed them of my new address and an issue was still sent to the old one. I waited another few weeks for them to rectify the issue and nothing ever arrived. Every time I emailed them I got the same generic "we are looking into your issue" response.

I requested a refund for my subscription value on 24th March after being in discussion with them about issues not arriving since 11th February, as of today I have still not received a refund (it's June!)

Tried to by a subscription for Gardener's World using Tesco vouchers. Part of the website seems to have been down for at least a week. It appears that they cannot new subscriptions but can renew others! They cannot process Tesco vouchers over the phone either so a complete waste of time.
