I am a full-time motorcycle rider instructor, pre-test and post, and over the years I’ve had a fair amount of equipment from Intaride. It is imperative to me that the equipment’s ease of use, performance, and reliability is spot on every time and all the time. This is easy to assure with Intaride, as superior quality equipment makes that requirement an odds-on certainty.

The significant difference with any company comes when the equipment it supplies does not perform as expected. This is when Intaride’s customer service comes into its own and when the wheat is well and truly separated from the chaff. David is always there for you and cannot do enough to resolve any issues. He is caring, concerned, and attentive and treats your problems as if they are his. Never do you feel alone with an issue and David moves heaven and earth to get matters resolved quickly, professionally, and with as little inconvenience as possible.

Simply put, I cannot recommend Intaride highly enough.

Nothing is to much for David and the team. We had issues with water damage on units and headsets (mics) the team turned them around 100% sorted and back with us within a few days. Polite professional fast service. What more could you ask for.

Mr.Brown , Intaride had a small number of pouches that were affected during storage abroad. Anyone reporting an issue was offered a refund or replacement , free of charge .Our company is known for our excellent customer service and after care , so we are surprised you never contacted us directly . Ordered bluetooth headset and dongle to link to intarides radios. I asked advice first and ordered by phone. They arrived next day by Royal mail tracked and guaranteed by 1, The units look really well made, Instructions are clear and very soon everything was linked together, easy to use and volume was plenty loud enough not even turned right up. The help from Richard and David was invaluable, very friendly as usual. A very easy 5 star rating.

I have been dealing with this company for over 15 years. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have sound advice, (excuse the pun) and have always given me the equipment for my needs, not what they want to sell. I cannot praise the tech support or sales more
. If you are an instructor, or bike club looking for quality comms, don't look anywhere else. You would be wasting your time.
