My experience with Influence & Co started off with a bang but then diminished to a feeling of frustration when things wen't slower than I would have liked. It was hard to be upset at them considering how extremely cordial and down-right apologetic they are when things go wrong. They assured me that they were in a transitionary time at the moment and would work out the kinks and if I remained committed they would prove their worth and boy, did they ever. I've been so impressed with Influence & Co over the last few months and they've really upped their game. They've worked hard to turn things around and improve on the areas that used to drive me crazy. This company is night and day different and I'm really excited we're still working together.

Absolute waste of time and money. We worked with Influence for almost a year and were extremely disappointed in the quality of writing as well as the customer service. It was very clear from the beginning that you are required to do what they want even when it doesn't meet your business needs. After spending over $30,000, doing most of the work ourselves, and listening to excuse after excuse ; we were not able to generate a single lead. Please be cautious and look for a company with more experienced writers as well as someone who cares about your business goals instead of their own agenda.
