TT week trip the ferry was full but still plenty of seats, restaurant food was good and staff friendly/helpful and efficient so you was soon enjoying your food and a bar if like a pint, a Guinness went down well after dinner I can definitely recommend the beef pie very tasty and full of meat along with choice of vegetables ,all the staff we're friendly and helpful at the busiest time of the year at midnight no the way out returning on a morning crossing. Great Service 👏🏻👏🏻

The terminal is a bit run down. Check in staff were efficient & friendly. The 45 minute check-in before sailing didn't seem to matter as folk were turning up 10 minutes before - but it wasn't very busy anyway...

Amazing experience on the early morning/night service across from Heysham to Douglas.

Quiet and comfortable lounges, lovely new ship (the Manxman) and a lovely view across the seas as the sun rises (I was in the E seats of the Niarbyl lounge.

Helpful and very friendly staff in the cafe - two Scousers in particular made my journey very welcome and a cracking full breakfast made by John in the kitchens.

Overall a very pleasant, stylish and relaxed way to travel.

Only suggestion is please give us a way to tip staff as I feel they deserve it for going the extra mile!

Once on board the Manxman (built 2023, passengers 948, cars 237 and service speed 22mph) the food offer is first class inc a £4.95 salad bowl on the daytime crossings. Generous servings of the hot meals freshly made. The Pale Ale - £5 a scoop is ok.
Outdoor viewing decks - rear of floor 7 and floor 9 limited but worth a visit. On board shop has good selection of maps and guides you may need visiting IoM.

The boarding process at Heysham was very relaxed; just drove into the port, held our QR code out the window, waited a while, and then drove on board. Staff were very helpful. The ferry itself is impressive. Nice restaurant, a shop, and plenty space to sit and watch the world go by. Enjoyed the experience very much.

My first experience with this company and I was well impressed. The booking area was clean and the ship was a great sailing both ways. Staff where helpful. With my mum needing assistance they were very helpful. Taking me and my mum by courteous bus to and onboard the ferry. The ship was clean with easy access to facilities.

Went standby because of bad weather, managed to get on the new Manxman Ferry, we booked an executive cabin for the night crossing, and were very impressed. Nice bed and loaded fridge made the crossing a pleasure.
