Scum bag of a company. Collecting debt on behalf of local councils off hard working self employed men all for a clean air scam. I missed a £9 payment by one day now I have to pay £275x3 how on God's earth can this be legal.
Getting a fine for going to work. I have 3 kids to raise nursery fees to pay rent to pay. Tax after tax to pay. Now this on top.

The worst people I have ever dealt with, unhelpful, rude and they intimidated using threats.they force me to pay £395 for penalty from April 2023 I didn't know I haveas I moved out in February 2023.I am single mum with disable daughter struggling to survive till next salary they gave me 1week time from first contact with me to pay in full!!! If I don't do it they will attend my property!!! It is not helping it is ultimatum!!!! Citizen advice instructed me to do TE7 andTE9 forms and inform them about that so they suppose to put on hold their actions and when I called them they answer was they don't care and they people will attend my property tomorrow!!! It is how "amazing" they are. By the way the penalty was for not displaying the paper time disk with my daughter blue badge when once I attended emergency department in the hospital.

Not only are they incredibly rude and unprofessional, they sent two large men to the home of a single mum, but it ended up only being me home, and because I accidentally left the door open to grab my phone, one man walked in only for me to walk back to two grown men stood int he living room whilst I was home alone. I was barely 18 at the time. They left like it wasn't ridiculous behaviour, given no one was rude to them, (they spoke to my mum on the phone like she was an idiot). Ended up having such a bad panic attack people had to come to my house to make sure I hadn't had anything happen.
And now AGAIN they set up a payment plan, are now saying they didn't despite proof. And say they're coming out to the house.

Sorry but if people can't pay the original debt in full, How on earth are they meant ot pay that amount PLUS this companies fees?

Awful company, from previous reviews I read. Everyone has written it all below. I only wish I had kept my cool and did not pay it, I just don’t understand how company’s like this can get away with it. The councils that use these company’s to get payments should be ashamed! They are making tough times so much harder to decent people. Take the time to look at the history and if people owe a small amount clearly something has changed to make it hard for them to pay. Why then decide to get a company that’s gonna make it even harder and add charges on for no reason. They blame the council it’s all just shameful.

Absolutely disgusted.

Helping a friend who’s got themselves into trouble and had a removal notice of goods sent to them like many people my friend chose to bury their head and so I offered to set up a payment plan for the amount of £424.
Paid £50 today and wanted to continue with a £50 instalment thereafter and was told that no payment plan options were available and that even though my friend is on universal credit they would still come and take goods from him.
Initial enforcement officer attended and saw that there was nothing in the property of any value to take however Jacobs said that they would still come within the next five days and more court costs would be added on top.

Disgusting behaviour from a company praying on vulnerable people and refusing a payment plan option. Hope you all sleep well at night because karma is coming to get you

Was sent a letter in someone else’s name so spent 25 minutes waiting on the phone to speak to someone regarding it, only to have the rudest man pick up the phone. Tried to explain the situation but spoke to me as though I was thick and should have known the issue was taken care of. Letter was dated the 6/12 and apparently the address of the debtor was changed from my address to the correct one on 09/12, as if I was to know this had happened… god help those who are actually in debt and need to use this vile company.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this bailiff company. Recently, I became aware of a fine I allegedly incurred, and the handling of my case has been nothing short of unprofessional.

The bailiff assigned to my case dismissed my attempts to resolve the matter and stated that contacting the court was a “waste of time.” This dismissive attitude is not only disrespectful, but also goes against the standards of professionalism and fairness expected from enforcement agents.

Moreover, I received no prior notification from the court or DVLA regarding this fine, which has caused unnecessary stress and confusion. The bailiff’s actions violate key legal and ethical guidelines, including the Taking Control of Goods: National Standards (2014) and the Tribunals, Courts, and Enforcement Act 2007.

I will be taking legal action against both the bailiff and the company for their failure to handle the matter appropriately and their unprofessional conduct. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as they clearly do not prioritize fair treatment or transparency.

absolutely vile company owed 800 in council tax debt, I paid religiously 113 a month back until I lost my job only 320 quid still owing but won't allow me to reduce payments. wouldn't even allow the direct debit to be changed without it meaning I made 2 payments literally 3 weeks apart ! hit a Brickwall with them they didn't want to know. the staff are extremely cold unfriendly and rude!!
