Poor company that DOES NOT look after its employees! Poor communication skills at every level! Does not appear to be able to forecast future developments and in short is a shoddy company at best. Myles Robinson appears to have zero respect for employees and wilfully purges himself to absolve responsibility as such! Poor effort all round, wouldn't reccomend at all, please see Marshall Print for better and more productive options!

Totally shocking. I paid up front for a job - which they then said they couldn't now meet the agreed time frame. I then gave them an extension of three days...still couldn't deliver. Then they said my artwork was wrong...REALLY.. (i've been marketing for 30+ years and am qualified to the hilt..!) So gave the job to another printer using my original artwork as had a publishers deadline to hit - job done as promised. Asked JAM for refund as we cancelled the job because they couldn't meet the agreed schedule....Myles promised he'd do the refund when he came back what holiday. Yeah right..! Emailed several times..absolutely NO response whatsoever. Myles is a complete joke...unprofessional and it would seem a liar..!! Passed the issue on to a debt collection agency. Jam refused to correspond with them or to pay. I would suspect looking at their credit rating that they are in financial difficulty. So it's CCJ time now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES..!!!

The Direct Mail campaign I paid thousands for was delayed by over a month, thus rendering it completely useless and a giant waste of our money and resources! Customer service has been absolutely appalling and I have been waiting for over 2 months for a refund that was agreed in writing. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone looking for quality execution of their marketing campaign.
