John came out to us today in Droitwich to have a look at our ongoing signal problem. He was very friendly and a genuinely nice guy. He installed a new aerial and a broken cable for us which has instantly fixed the problem. He also assured us that we could call if there were any other issues. In just over an hour he has fixed a problem we have had for quite some time. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Jeremy came on a Saturday morning. His approach was thoroughly professional checking all aspects to establish the problem. New aerial fitted and again re-checked all the systems, retuning where necessary. Very polite, efficient and reasonable price bearing in the time spent. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a problem with our T.V. over the weekend, rang Jeremy at 11.am and he arrived 4 hours later. Problem quickly identified and rectified. both televisions sorted within the hour. All in all a first class professional service. 100% recommend.

After cutting through my TV Ariel accidentally, I found this service in the local parish magazine as I like to use local sources however due to the following reasons I will never be calling again and won’t recommend.

Cost: £65 for less than 10 minutes work.
Quality: fused broken wire back together then wrapped in insulation tape - did not replace as expected.
Service: when booking the appointment I was not made aware of any call out fee however when I challenged the cost of the job I was informed this included a ‘call out fee’ despite this appointment being arranged 2 days prior to visit within normal working hours.

In summary - disappointing.

Can’t speak highly enough of service provided from Phil & John (Jeremy Bellingham Aerials). Got to my Mom next day and got the problem sorted. Professional friendly service. Great value. Would always recommend.
