I was pretty matter of fact with having a Facebook and Twitter - basically it's cheaper than a website and everyone uses it. But just because I was on there didn't mean I was getting the most out of it - I was still basically relying on word of mouth. Juggling Swords changed all that and I now, for the first time, have brand new customers cold calling me. Unbelievable.

Do not employ this company!
I had the displeasure of doing so, and have been left severely out of pocket, never received the services I had paid for, and have had no response from the staff for my request for a refund from them- a matter which I am now having to pursue them through the courts for.
I paid the sum of £600+VAT for what I believed was an investment on which I would see a return.
I also paid £700+VAT for a website to be produced, with the diction coming from Juggling Swords, on the basis that they ‘were journalists and can produce work well above that of the competition’.
What I received was 390 words put together so amateurishly I had no option but to cease our relationship there and then.
However, even though I had offered a sum for works that had been done (although I wasn’t going to use any of the sub-standard material), I was told I wasn’t getting any money back.
Instead, I would get 1 month of ‘social media management’. They stated their aims and what they were going to do for my money
- PROMISED-8 blogs, 2 per week for 1 month of regular frequency to ensure ‘google ranking’ was improved.
- RECEIVED- 5 blogs of poor standard- at irregular frequency with no improvement in ‘google ranking’. No enquiries resulted from my investment.
- PROMISED- ‘We will engage in facebook & twitter on average 4 times a day, and as much as 10’
- RECEIVED- Nowhere near that average figure, with a post-reach that eventually fell to 22 at the end.
- PROMISED- Performance report indicating how this ‘campaign’ had worked
- RECEIVED- No report, but am well aware the figure is ZERO ENQUIRIES.
I AM NOW HAVING TO SEEK RE-DRESS THROUGH COURT ACTION- DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!!
