Terrible service.
Won a prize of a signed book. That was in July.
Here we are in October with no sign of it.
Don't put things into a competition and don't send congratulation emails telling people they've won then send nothing.
Yes, of course winning is not to be expected but when you've been told they're sending you a prize then don't, that's not on.
They did send a couple of updates saying they'd be sending it that week but never happened.
