Awful customer service and communication. Tried to reach out by call and so many messages and got nothing back apart from rude, unprofessional and disgusting replies. No resolution or sorry for scamming me and sending something that was nothing like I ordered. Stay away from this company!!! They are now blocking all my reviews on social media as they do not want people to know the truth clearly!

Absoulty spot on, nice people who are very helpful, great communication, I was abit unsure because of some negative reviews on here but ive been today and their signs/garden scenes are great quality and il be back for sure, they have Got to be the go to for quality and fair prices, with thrown In good communication and helpfulness they deserve 6 out a 5 stars..

actually very hard to write how awful my experience was without writing a novel ! It's was so bad I actually gave up, 8 weeks of emails and calls and empty promises left me totally exasperated by them. I ordered a darts board backing 7 foot by 4 foot. Foolishly, I was warned that their customer service was poor, and I ignored this.
Darts board backing arrived, and upon opening it, the lower left corner was missing, 1 foot long, and approx 3 inches wide. The piece had snapped off before it was even packaged , as it wasn't in the packaging. Nevertheless, I emailed them photos and description, explained I would even be happy to try and fix it myself, if they sent me another piece, and I would attempt to cut and glue it myself. Photos and description explained exactly which piece was missing and Size required. 1 week later, there was no response, so I phoned. I was told that it was absolutely not sent with a missing piece and no apology at all. I explained it was missing as I searched box so I could fix it myself ! So they said they would send me a small piece for me to try and glue it. 2 weeks later, nothing arrived. Emails are ignored , and I'm talking a lot of emails!! I phoned to complain and was told they would call me back in 10 minutes. They never, they emailed however and said the piece was being cut that week and will be sent off. 2 weeks later still so piece, so I emailed again and was told it had been sent. They would get me the tracking number. 1 week later, I was still waiting for the tracking number. So I phoned again (in between numerous ignored emailed requesting refund) and spoke to Rachel, who gave numerous excuses , no apology lol, almost sounded put out by me. I explained again the situation and the piece I needed , the size, etc. So she said they would post another piece out. 1 week later, the piece arrived . Woo hoo! Sadly, it wasn't even part of my board picture. You couldn't write it!! It looked like the excess of my original piece . So I emailed again, totally drained explained what had happened and that I'd had enough and wanted a refund. Their response was, "Are you sending it back then ?" Hahaah, after 8 weeks of being messed around , spending over £100 for something that looked awful and would not be used, they actually wanted me to post back a 7x4 board !! To which I then said, "Can I just have the piece I've been asking for for 8 weeks sent to me. Their response ' ok so which piece is missing?' I said I've sent that over numerous times with photos!! They said 'err we can't find it' so I totally gave up, they won!! Over £100 lost, and not once an apology !! I've never ever been so drained by a company or received such shocking treatment, total disregard for their customers. Needless to say, there has been no email from them asking what the outcome was. AVOID AVOID AVOID
