I have had occasion over the last 50 years, to deal with numerous estate agents.
James Kirk with whom I dealt recently has been outstanding.
From the moment that my wife and I expressed interest in a property that he was selling, his attention was exemplary.
While there was never any doubt that he was acting for the vendor, he gently guided us through difficult and often delicate negotiations assisting us at every turn.
His recommendation for a local surveyor was perfect. His subsequent introduction to a local builder could not have proved better.
