Huge Thankyou to Bill at Largs Computer who was really professional, helpful and went out of his way to provide Exceptional Service when fixing my laptop and sorting out my mobile phone after I was a victim of fraud. Date of visit 23/1/2025.
Bill was very welcoming and was happy to give expert knowledge and technical advice.

Bill at Largs Computer Shop is extremely Helpful, Professional, Knowledgeable and went over and above to help sort out my laptop. Bill did a lot of work to sort out the volume, advise on Microsoft e.mail and explain camera function.

My 97-year-old mother's tablet was playing up and we turned to Bill at Largs Computers for a replacement. Not only did he recommend the best tablet in these particular circumstances, he went above and beyond by transferring data from the old tablet to the new. He could not have been more helpful.

My Laptop crashed. It is just over a year old. I took it to this shop and asked them to investigate. I met Lorraine and Bill and the four legged Bow-wow. (don't know it's name) The three of them were very friendly and after a few days of running diagnostic tests, etc. they recommended a full re-install of windows 11. I did have my data backed up and the re-install worked. I am delighted with the outcome. This is a professional team of "wizards" ( -_-) who fixed my problem and charged me much less than expected.

TLDR: Highly recommend Largs Computers staff are knowledgeable, passionate and happy to help.

I had been looking at getting a gaming pc for a while after looking online on various websites I decided to try Largs computers to see if they could help me. When I arrived I spoke with Bill and he could not have been more helpful we discussed what games I wanted to play and what I was looking for as well as my budget.

Bill called me back that same day and ran me through what he put together and we settled on the price. This was Thursday afternoon and my PC would be ready to pick up the following Monday.

When I went to pick up my PC Lorraine was there to show it off to me and walk me through everything as well as give me some pointers.

The PC is fast, responsive, runs whisper quiet and honestly looks amazing. Its so good in fact I'm not actually typing up this review I'm in my kitchen making a coffee while the computer does all the work.
