Just popped into the larkfield post office 20:05 with a parcel, only to be told that’s it’s closed. It seems that there is only one person that is trained in that area,they must be off
I definitely think that everyone should be trained in the post office in the evenings especially if you can’t get into the store during the day time

Post office section appears to not match the online closing times at all, frequently closed by around 7pm, bur advertised as having post office services until 10pm. Many a wasted journey coming here, only to be turned away...

Post office times not published, was next in queue and they closed the counter as it was 2pm. The staff could have just processed the 3 people in the queue before closing the counter. Poor service, waste of time.

I can't help but feel every review here is the same but I love the commitment to not change. Rude staff and never open when advertised. That is if they ever feel like being open at all.

Royal mail website says that the post office is open until 10pm in the week, I arrived today at 7pm to be told that by a very rude woman that the post office closes at 5:30pm and that it had been that way for 6 years. A waste of a journey which I will have to do again tomorrow!

Awful.
Google showed as open, staff rudely said “we’re closed because of staff shortages”. Clearly didn’t care.
Asked if I could leave a letter for the post, was told it would go next morning. A week later, It clearly hasn’t.
Appalling.
