They don’t knock at doors, they ignore delivery instructions and sometimes make out they’ve attempted delivery when they haven’t. I’ve even had sarcastic messages left on the red cards about my delivery. I honestly dread seeing Royal Mail on anything I have ordered and actively try to avoid them. Worst service by a country mile!!

Attempted delivery apparently but they must have knocked on the brickwork instead of the door because nobody turned up at the time it said.also didn’t leave a note or slip. Not surprised.

The poorest service you could imagine. The delivery driver didn't even bother to deliver my package and I no i have to go collect it tomorrow. The guaranteed before 1PM shipping is a scam!

It would be great if you could pay by debit card online as I kept on trying. Every time I tried pressed on as a guest and it just kept on redirecting me to a page reading Need Help then with 3 options but nothing about how to actually put in any details and then to do the payment.
The only other option was if I had an account.
Which I don't it is only due to the osteoarthritis incorrect postage I need to pay for. So got to either go into the post office in town or go to the sorting office in which is going to cause me hell lot of pain.

Roadworks halfway down our road but the road is fully accessible from both ends. They have failed two deliveries 3 times, with one delivery having no follow up at all, because "the driveway was inaccessible." The roadworks are about 100 yards away from my house and I have received 6 other deliveries in the last two days! And they wonder why people use DPD or other services!

Royal Mail's website claims they will 'always' try to deliver to a neighbour when you are out, yet they NEVER do, instead you can either go and get it from the sorting office or wait TWO days before they can be bothered to try again... what a joke.

Every other courier manages to give you the option to either leave it in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or at least come again the next day but for this lot that's too much to ask.

Conflicting opening times on Google so making it difficult to know when you can collect a parcel. And going on the off-chance they may be open isn't worth it because of the parking problem. Shame because our posties are lovely.

You really should update your timetable on Google.
Big fail as anyone who is busy uses technology to run their life.
I think as an organisation your top management fails you on getting you up to date and out of the dark ages - whatever that takes.
