Home delivery has always been a positive experience.

However Instore is much different. I returned a control that has stopped charging, member of staff made me wait 20 minutes so he could test it, said it’s working fine. I kicked up a fuss and was refunded. What a way to make someone feel

They are very bad people. I bought household items from them, but they promised me that they would arrive after a month, and nothing arrived on time. When I went to them, they said that they did not know anything, and they did not help me solve my problem. They spoke to me in a racist manner and expelled me. They were not nice at all. It was a bad experience. I do not recommend them at all.

Worst shop in the whole of fife, very rude staff and show signs of racism towards costumers, I ordered a fridge and they canceled it without informing me they told me it had been canceled because there was a mistake made during the order which was not my fault as the manager was the one that ordered it for me, they refused to help me what so ever and I lost out on a black Friday deal because the staff couldn't do their job, so disappointing considering i thought I could trust the company, when I called as soon as I started to say what was wrong the person hang up on me, very bad service and bad quality training. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ANY STARS.

Went into the Leven store at 4:35 pm to do an ebay pickup and was ignored by staff. There was one customer getting served. the store was otherwise deserted. I waited. Another came in and got served. I pointed out to the member of staff that I was first... The reply was that "We don't have to serve you until all Argos customers are seen to". Exact words.
In the time I was in Argos, several members of staff were obviously giving the service desk a big swerve bar the man who eventually served me. I cannot remember ever getting worse service from an outlet, pickup or not and my wife had the same treatment previously and got lip for "standing on the wrong side of the line".
If I go into any shop, I expect customer service at a basic level
10/10 for the smirks, Zero for customer service.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The staff refused to either exchange or offer a refund for my daughters faulty air pods . When we pointed out that they should we where asked to leave the store .

Really RUDE worker!! My partner was asked to pick up an FT (fast track) number for me, as my partner has DYSLEXIA they can not read the numbers for the FT, but instead showed it to the WORKER behind the counter!!

To the reply of "WE prefer it if you read it to us!!" partners reply was he couldn't read it due to his DYSLEXIA, then the worker said they couldn't take the phone... Even though my partner wasn't giving them the phone he asked them to READ IT!! The workers reply was they couldn't read it!! Partner asked for someone else to read it!!

In the end the same worker managed to read the codes provided! But left my partner feeling embarrassed about his disability!!

This particular STAFF MEMBER clearly doesn't have any respect for people with DISABILITIES!!

A complaint has also been filed to Argos too

Appalling service. I was returning a tv. I was ignored, I was called she, I was whispered about, I was left waiting for ages and with frozen food in the car, was told I had an attitude from the minute I came in the door. Just awful. There is a notice on the counter saying staff are no there to be abused, maybe should be one in the stock saying the same about customers.

This is a very good store, the staff are helpful and polite. There is always someone there who will help you out if its the technology dept. they will advise you as to which product would be best for your needs. I've shopped here many times for many various items and always come away with a good feeling. Thank you
