Over charging for things like tobacco, tried to sell 30 grams of playera tobacco for £22.50 everywhere else sells it for £16 - £17, would avoid

In the que today instore when a guy and disabled child came in in front of me I was going to say to him excuse me but I'm in the que but before I could , I couldn't believe the cashier shouting we cannot take that from him , the guys child had a scratchcard in hand playing around with it , turned out the customer was only in for cigarette s ! In for nothing atal to do with a scratch card infact I saw the scratch card wasn't even played or scratched once , the guy challenged the cashier on why you hassling me for something ive not done or even would do ! Was shocking too see that simply in for cigarette s ! I would have been livid personally , Don's well to remain clam but again the cashier playing victim!!! WHATS WRONG WITH PEOPLE ?
