The post office is not fit for purpose, other delivery companies are always on time and leave in a safe place , I wish businesses would not use the Post office

RM Is an absolute joke!!! I get parcels on a daily basis and it states on the label to leave at a safe place. Any courier doesn’t seem to have any problems with that but RM when probably got a new guy sends it back to the sorting office. Not even trying neighbours. But worse is the sorting office! There is a reason why nobody is at home because people are at work so how on earth can they expect of a normal working person be able to collect a parcel between 8-10amalso the times seem to be changing constant.. and no i cant get it send to my work place as working all over the country.

Open 2 hours per day 8-10am. This is joke! My parcel spouse to be in there but they couldn't found it. Turn out it was sent to different post office but postman don't bothered to mark this fact.

Some of us are conformist and believe the answers found on Google search, can someone please amend your times on the internet, Picture taken for clarification. :).... And yes, I feel silly that I didn't realise it should be 10 AM not PM.

As per previous review. I asked them to leave in safe place but came home to note saying parcel has been returned to sorting office. 😡😡😡. Very poor service!!

Open for only two hours most days 8-10. Trying to collect your parcel is a nightmare sometimes
