Fast delivery, speakers have a great sound, louder than I thought they would be. Decent amount of bass Perfect for the garden. Easy to install. Highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in their service. Ordered a Cat 6a u/ftp cable. Received a cat 6 u/utp (cheaper/inferior). I understand mistakes happen but then they would not oblige me by correcting their mistake and dispatching the correct cable reel immediately. Was in a bind as I was having my driveway renewed and they insisted on having me return the incorrect reel that they sent out before they would give me the one I ordered. I just thought there was zero integrity from them. Mistakes happen but it’s all about how you deal with the aftermath. Won’t be dealing with them again.

Exceptional service from the company. Spent hours helping me find a solution to a major issue with my audio installation at my house. Very patient, very helpful and very efficient. The best experience I've had dealing with a retailer in decades. I must have spoken to about 4/5 people at the company and each one of them went above and beyond. What a culture!! Hats off to the owners/management.

Sorry for my late review:

I recently fit speakers in our kitchen, unfortunately the amplifier decided to stop working, I contacted Loops, they offered me a great service and replaced the amplifier without any cost to myself!
Fantastic customer service, I will definitely consider buying from you again when we do our next project!

Absolutely exceptional service
I had seen the item on their eBay shop but delivery was going to take too long (due to the Christmas week) however I contacted them directly and spoke to Emma (very professional and polite) she checked stock, processed my payment and I received the item the very next day. That's what I call service! thanks again loopsdirect team.
